COMPANY SIZE
The companies we typically invest in have +$10 million in revenue, are profitable or have clear path to profitability, and have enterprise values between $20 million and $250 million.
INVESTMENT CANDIDATES
Element invests in high growth companies with the following attributes:
- Offer innovative products and services that solve significant problems in one or more of the following sectors: energy and power, water and environmental controls, chemicals and advanced materials, or general manufacturing and industrial
- Are led by strong and experienced management teams that have a desire to build substantial companies
- Have a proven business model and a history of generating commercial revenue
INVESTMENT SCENARIOS
Element typically invests between $10 and $40 million per transaction and can lead or participate in larger syndicated deals. We are very flexible when it comes to financial structure and are comfortable in minority or majority equity positions. Element invests in the following scenarios:
- Capital for organic growth or product expansion
- Acquisition financings
- Secondary sales to provide liquidity to existing shareholders
- Management buyouts
