Radnor, Pennsylvania and Menlo Park, California, USA --- Element Partners announced today that it had completed a $3.5 million investment in Fat Spaniel Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of IT infrastructure for distributed power generation. The investment will be used to expand the company's engineering capabilities and to support its growth into additional markets.
