Seven Seas is a Pan-Caribbean owner and operator of water and wastewater treatment plants. The Company’s primary business is based on long-term service agreements with large-volume customers to provide potable water from sea water. Under similar arrangements, the Company also plans to build, own and operate small wastewater treatment facilities for municipalities, resorts and industrial customers.
