We welcome the opportunity to review your business plan, as well as any supplemental materials you can provide to help us understand your business and its growth potential. In the business plan, please include a description of the market opportunity, what differentiates the technology, product or service your company is providing, the qualifications of the management team, the company’s marketing and sales strategy, a summary of historical financial performance (if applicable), projected financial statements for the company, including the projected capital requirements of the business and the planned use of proceeds.
