Ben Weinberg

Senior Associate

Ben joined Element in 2008. He has experience in entrepreneurship and finance with a focus on infrastructure, energy, and telecommunications companies.

Prior to Element, Ben worked in business development with a number of early-stage companies, including Biomass Commodities Corporation (solid biomass fuels) and GreatPoint Energy (gasification of carbon-based feedstocks). Ben also worked in buy-side equity research with MFS International and private equity with Tata Capital. Prior to this, he was an associate in the investment banking division of Citigroup Global Markets, where he worked with both the telecommunications and Latin America M&A advisory groups.

Ben earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
