Brian joined Element in 2009. Prior to joining Element, Brian was a Principal of Deal Origination at CMF Associates, a middle market private equity consulting firm. At CMF Brian led the Deal Origination team through driving acquisition searches and identifying entrepreneurs and businesses seeking a financial exit. Prior to CMF, Brian was an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the company's Institutional Securities division, assisting in processing a full range of domestic and international institutional securities. Previous to this role, he was at SEI Investments in the company’s Tax Department and Business Implementation and Support Group. At Element, Brian manages the business development team and is focused on deal sourcing, marketing, and management of the firm's intermediary and service provider relationships.
Brian earned a B.S. in International Business with minors in Economics and Italian from the Saint Joseph's University
