Stephen joined Element in 2009. Prior to joining Element, he spent three years at Endurance Real Estate Group, focusing on industrial property acquisitions. At Element, he is involved in many aspects of the investment process, including the evaluation of investment opportunities, investment related research, and ongoing monitoring and support of portfolio companies. In addition, he assists the firm with accounting and investor relations activities.
Stephen earned his BA in Economics, Cum Laude, from Wake Forest University and has studied economics abroad at Cambridge University, England. He is also currently earning his CFA designation.
